Nemu’s challenge was to convert free users into paying subscribers. At the time, the platform was getting 9 free users weekly, and no active paying ones. They needed a growth strategy to increase conversions and validate their SaaS business model.

Solution

We restructured their advertising and conversion strategy by: Narrowing targeting to focus on high-intent keywords, rewriting ad copy to boost ad relevance, and updating the landing page messaging to increase CTR and conversions.
