Builders is the trading name of KND Consulting Ltd, a company registered in Cyprus ("Builders", "we", "us"). This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal data when you visit at.builders or work with us.

How we use your data
Legal bases (GDPR)
We process personal data based on your consent, the performance of a contract with you, our legitimate interests in running and improving our business, and compliance with legal obligations.
Google Ads data
Builders uses an internal tool, Builders Ads API, to manage Google Ads accounts our clients have authorized us to access. With your authorization, the tool accesses Google Ads data such as campaigns, ad groups, keywords, budgets, bids, conversion settings, and performance reports. We use this data only to report on and manage the advertising accounts we are authorized to work on, and we make changes only on the instruction of our team. This data is not sold or shared with third parties. You can revoke access at any time in your Google Account settings or by removing our access in Google Ads. Builders' use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Sharing your data
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us run our business, such as website hosting, email, analytics, and accounting providers, and only as needed for them to do their work. We may also disclose data if required by law.
International transfers
Some of our service providers are based outside the European Economic Area. When data is transferred, we rely on safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep data
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above, or as required by law (for example, accounting records).
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal data, to object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, email hi@at.builders. You also have the right to complain to the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection in Cyprus.
